Do These Two Things To Be Successful!

“Yes, You Can and I Know You Can!” is what my mother would tell me as a child whenever I was feeling down or I did not believe in myself. She was my motivational cheerleader who pulled me out of my low self-esteem struggles and other life challenges with these words.

When it comes to succeeding at your dreams, I’m here to encourage you that “Yes, You Can and I Know You Can!” I’d like to share two things you need to be successful:

1) Hard Work; and

2) Determination.

I’m sure many of you are thinking this is the last thing you want to hear! You may be feeling a little down or tired; I truly understand your pain because I have been there many times… struggling to make my dreams a reality. Put simply, what got me out of my struggles was having the mental capacity to sustain hard work and determination.

Have you ever considered that you may be closer to the success finish line than you think? What if you decided to give up and years later discovered you were just a step away from your desired success? That’s a scary thought!

I encourage you to keep going and don’t stop. If you are feeling totally exhausted, take a little rest but never come to a complete stop. Gather your mental strength and keep moving towards your goals and your dreams.

Remember, “Yes, You Can and I Know You Can!” Use this saying as a mantra to keep moving forward.

When I’m doing my grueling workouts, many times I’m feeling exhausted and mentally spent and am so tempted to quit. However, what keeps me going through my training is “Hard Work and Determination” fuelled by a strong mindset. By continually doing these two things I know that I will achieve the results I am seeking. This reminds me of a quote by actor Dexter Fletcher,

The time has come for you to start developing a “Mindset For Career Success” that will give you the mental strength and determination to work hard and make your dreams a reality. I encourage you to keep going and don’t stop because, “Yes, You Can And I Know You Can!”

In the comment box share your current challenges with me. With every opportunity in life, it all starts with a conversation. You never know who may be able to connect you with the right person or resources. As we say at KeepMovingForward.ca “Who knows you refers you!”
